Real Estate is in Matthew's DNA.  Born and raised in Chapin, South Carolina, he quite literally grew up in the industry - placing signs for his dad, attending open houses with his mom, and absorbing the nuances of the business from an early age.  That early immersion sparked a lifelong passion for helping others navigate the world of real estate with clarity and confidence.

Now based in Forest Acres and proudly serving communities throughout the Midlands, Matthew is known for his clear communication, steady presence, and genuine care for each client's experience. Whether he's guiding a first-time homebuyer or assisting with a complex transition, Matthew approaches every transaction as if it were his own-with thoughtfulness, interity, and a sense of calm.   

Since earning his property management license in 2018, Matthew has worked across nearly every housing sector, including student living, multifamily, single-family, and HUD programs.  That depth of experience translates to unmatched insight and a knack for solving problems before they arise.

A devoted Clemson fan who attended the University, Matthew spends his downtime on the golf course or enjoying time with family and friends.  He treats each client like family and works hard to ensures they feel supported, informed and confident every step of the way.
